Topic / Post links not working in bridged SMF

Using Joomla 1.0.12, SMF 1.1.1, Bridge 1.1.6, core Joomla SEF.

All of the menu buttons seem okay and all, just can't get to posts and topics while in the bridged version.  This is a new forum install.  Probably something simple.  Help is appreciated. Thanks.

Orstio, can your modified .htaccess be used for SEF with Joomla 1.0.12 , SMF 1.1.1 and bridge 1.1.7 ? I applied it on my forum, then failed to apply SMF 1.1.2 patch (through the Packages section in AdminCenter). After disabling SEF, it worked. Why ?
