I Want To Hide Admin IP From Global Moderators, is this Possible?

If you don't want global moderators to see IP addresses, then don't give them the "Moderate Forum Members" permission. Otherwise they will be able to see the IP - hiding it would be a lot of work due to the number of places it's displayed (and the fact that it would also mean disabling the "Track user" and "Track IP" features in your profile for them).
