SMF Version: SMF 1.1.2
I recently divided a classified board in my forum into separate child boards and users are complaining a little about the change. Is it possible to somehow list the parent and child boards all at once in master listing?

NEMINI

signatures are boring.

What I mean is click a button and see the messages, in a list, of a parent board and all its child boards.

SleePy

like here where child boards are shown on board index and while viewing that board?
You got to explain more maybe some pics to help us understand what you are saying because it doesn't sound very clear.

I want to see ALL the threads in a parent board and child board at the same time just like I was viewing one board.

Its a classifieds section. Come on, is this possible?

Hi, I'm browsing through older posts to see if they are resolved.

Have you managed to solve the issue?

No, never did figure it out. If you could help, that would be great. Thanks.

This is not a feature in SMF nor in other forums...at least not that I have noticed. The parent board and child boards will be viewed separately. If you want, you can try asking here and see if anyone knows of a way to do this.

The way I see it, you want to keep the child boards, but you want their topics to appear in the "parent" board as well?

How about a wild card search to show all the topics in selected boards from newsest to oldest? This would achieve the same thing.
