how do Mass PM your members

I'm trying to send a mass PM to my members to let them know we will be down while moving and then to send them another PM when we get back up and running.... why can I not find that feature.  I remember it being there a while ago but with the upgrade it's not there. 

Help please!

Admin''s panel-News and newsletters-News and newsletters. Here you can choose the membergroups that you want to send a mass email, there you have also the option: ''Send this to these groups using personal messages.''
