Im using SMF 1.1.3, and I want to install some mods, unforuanatly the package manager is disabled, is there any way to enable it, i'm using ifastnet, respond soon. Thanks

Most likely you won't be able to install mods. The only other way to do it is to modify the files manually, but if the package manager is disabled, chances are you don't have access to the files.
