Banner problem??

Ok, i have managed to Display it..(it took me a while)..Now it does not properly fit.

There is still Large space left out on the left & right hand site of your screen. I want that to be covered with the Banner??

Ok i moved this to correct place

It depends on if you want to break the image quality or not, if you stretch it to fit then quality will be lower, the other option is to make the forum a fixed size to work with your banner.
