Well, here is a strange behaviour:
I upgraded to vers. 1.1.4 (using automatic admin panel link) and since then all mods are displayed as not installed , but actually all mods are installed and running
I can't even uninstall them and then install again because Uninstall option is missing. All I got is: [ Apply Mod ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ] for mods already installed. I modified installed.list, but no good, the same troubles...
Any help please?

Did your installed.list file get completely cleared? In other words, when you open it is there anything in it?

When you upgraded did you perhaps use the install package?

Yes, installed.list was cleared, but I've replaced with an old back-up .list and still the same. I'd like to edit manually, but I don't know how... ::)

You could try downloading the ugprade package from here and doing it that way. It'll clear all the files then allow you to install your mods properly

I know to install mods manually, but that's no need to do this, as long as all mods are installed and running, but they appear uninstall in Admin > Packages

That's odd, it should work if the replaced installed.list had the packages listed inside of it.

The format for it isn't too difficult if you want to recreate the list yourself:

Mod Name (Shown in Admin / Packages)|^|download_package_name.tar.gz|^|username:modinternalname|^|version_of_mod

Most of this can be found in the mod's package-info.xml file. Example of what it looks like for one of my mods:

Group on Registration|^|Group_on_Registration-1.1.1.tar.gz|^|akabugeyes:registergroup|^|1.1.1

Yes, I will try again to edit installed.list, maybe I didn't done it right first time. I'll keep you informed. Thank you.

Yes, everything works smooth now. I've edited again installed.list and indeed it shows as installed the mods I type there.
Thank you for your help guys.
