Hi guys

not sure where to post but i apologise if here is wrong place.

For a while, i've been looking a way to upload multi attachment faster, imagine you got 50+ pictures u want to upload as attachment,  can be very slow, boring and repetitive!!

I found this java uploader called Jupload from http://www.jupload.biz/

I installed Jupload on my webserver and it's working extermely well!!

try out for yourself with demo version http://www.jupload.biz/demo/0.90/index-demo.html

Basically you can drag/drop multi pictures from a folder to this Jupload applet then click upload!! how easy!!

I'm wondering if it's possible use Jupload to upload files to replaces the standard SMF attachment uploader. Attachment's behaviors would be remains the same. Just change the way to upload files, that's all.

have a look at the screenshots i made.

what do you guys think? I'm very confident that it would be extremely useful for people use SMF forum with users that regular upload files.

biggest problem is i dont know which SMF files i need to modifcation to get the Jupload applet embedded. I need your expertise advise to get me going and possible giving me good tips.

Jupload installation is pretty straight forward, just place them in webserver and leave everything default and it'll work without any issues.

thanks :)

Hi wesleyuk,

Sorry for the slow response. It would be possible to integrate this with SMF but would require some programming. You could request this as a mod in Mod Requests
