Maximum attachment size

I tried posting some photos and got this message:

Maximum attachment size allowed: 128 KB, per post: 4

How would I go about increasing the size limit?

I noticed that the attachments are only viewable when the viewer is logged on. Is there any way to change that?

Also, how do you place an image in the body of the post vs. having an attachment?

You'll need to work with your various permissions for Guest membergroup.  The online manual should help you:
Administrator=>Members

I think there is a mod that can move the attachment location around, but for an image to appear in the body of the text you'll need to have it upload and use the [img][/img] tags.
