apprès installation de la ShoutBox voici le message reçu après le teste de validation

j'ai trouvé la ligne de la 1ere erreur dans "sbox.template.php" mais je ne sais pas comment réparer: visiblement il faut toucher au CSS.
Mais je ne trouve pas où se situe la 2eme

bonjour katastrofe,
la SB a toujours fonctionné depuis l'install,
l'objet de mon post est la validation: refusée parce que 2 erreurs dont la 2eme est résolue
