Free host, with modifications support and without advertisments

I write here in order to learn, if there is any free host, which don't advertise things on my server and also have modificatons support?

this should go in hosts board, try there :P

PS: dont go with free!!
I am back, its been like a year... so yeah.... how has it been? :D

I had one free and was very good!

The modifications support will be your hardest thing to find, tho most services offset their free status with advertisements.

www.smfforfree.com is one that springs to mind, though it meets none of your requirements.
