Update 114 to 115 - package you tried to upload either is not a valid package...

I'm trying to update from v1.1.4 to V1.1.5 and getting the following error:
"The package you tried to upload either is not a valid package or has become corrupted." and
"The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF."

I'm running 1.1.4 and the Musiconica theme.
1. SMF Gallery Lite 1.8.1.1     
2. Auto Embed Video Clips 2.0     
3. Registered Links 1.0     
4. cbi, 1.0
5. Googlebot & Spiders Mod
6. Spam Me Not Mod   1.02     
7. Simple ImageShack   2.0.3 
8. Advanced Recent-Posts 1.0 
9. Global Headers Footers 1.3

I set my forum to maintence mode, so I'm the only one log on.
I tried installing from the admin panel w/ no luck.
I DL the .Zip update and tried installing from the Package Manager, no luck

What any I doing wrong

If the upgrade doesn't work from the Admin Cpanel.
Download the large upgrade from http://download.simplemachines.org/
FTP to host, delete the upgrade.php script! You don't need to run it!

i had the same problem so I decided not to upgrade, but

Hmmmm. Seems like that worked! Of course I made a full backup before trying this... thx nerve
