Fatal Error in Quick Reply feature

It only happens in one theme.

Here's the message where my quick reply box is supposed to be:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: theme_quickreply_box() in /Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 646

SMF v.1.1.5

Only mod is the arcade. I had tried to install the quickreply2.0 mod previously, but halted install because an error message came up.

The problem also interferes with the "Quote" button.. It won't work.

If I uncheck "show quick reply", the problem goes away (even the quote issue) but then you can't use the quick reply feature

I fixed it. I just copied the quick reply section of code in another theme's display.template and pasted it into my theme's.

It worked.
