Burak, I believe the error might not lay in that file.

In order to actually see where this error is coming from, you need to disable eval. Please open your phpmyadmin, and type this following command:

Code Select Expand

INSERT INTO smf_settings VALUES ('disableTemplateEval', 1);

Then paste to us the errors that come up.

Then reactivate eval once you finish by doing:

DELETE FROM smf_settings WHERE variable = 'disableTemplateEval';

I think I can just do you one better, I dont ever remember seeing any of these errors until using the last few suggestions made by SiNaN in this post.
