Visual Verification doesn\'t shown up

hi all
it's some time that i have this problem and i don't know when it's started
The image doesn't shown up in administration panel and registration page both.
my forum has to language English and Persian and problem in both language exist.
i check the phpinfo and gd is enabled

where should i search for reason??

Most likely your theme, I think theres a 'modification' which makes it work.

Most likely a theme issue as mentioned above. You can check this out by switching to the default theme and confirm if it's working there now. Either choose another theme that has the visual verification working or try installing one of the following mods to see if it helps:

Looking at your forum, the visual verification is working for the Persian language now.  So I'll mark this as solved.
