Parse Error when trying to Edit Permissions

Getting that when i try to edit permissions anyone know the problem?

Please upload ManagePermissions.php from the upgrade package - sounds like you had a corrupt upload.

whats the upgrade package?

click the downloads link to the left, and download the smf1.0.1 upgrade file, and upload the /Sources/ManagePermissions.php to overwrite the one you have
