Hello,

I had an email this morning from a member saying when they try to make a new post they get:

Database Error
Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

I went on and i am having the same problem, i get no actual error just the above and it only seems to be when making new posts. and trying to reply. Everything else seems fine.

I can no longer make new posts or reply to them, please help i dont know what to do. I installed google member map and updated my user attachment quota mod lastnight but that seems perfectly fine so not sure what the problem maybe.

I tried admin > forum maintenance and it comes back saying congrtaulations, no errors found

I checked error log and found this:

QuoteDatabase Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 3
File: /home/sites/foreverlastingfriends.com/public_html/Sources/Post.php
Line: 117

Thank you,
Mathew

To help you solve the database error, I will need a more detailed error. Do you have any related errors in your Forum Error Log?

Don't mean to hijack. I have encountered this same issue and am currently experiencing it. I have no access to the admin tab, due to this error, therefore I cannot see the log.

This error has started when I moved the whole forum to a different host and URL. For the most part, the forum has been working. Just every once in a while I would get emails stating that this error has occurred. Any help would be appreciated.
