Serious Problem With membergroups

i want that if my members are assigned a non post based group then only non post based group should be shown while they post or in their profile and they should also follow color code of group asigned to them,,,

and if they are not assigned to and non post based group then post based group should be shown based on their post count and accordingly color code should be followed...


i think there is option for this
admin-configuration-current theme   at the bottom last option ...

i made it checked   but it is not working ,,,,, and one more thing,, if i allow my modretors to manage the group then they can add the members to siteadmin  group ,,, so i want that my mods should not b allowed to add members to site admin ,, its obvious that if mod are allowed to add members in site admin thn they can b admin ,, i want them to b able to manage other groups only...

now what should i do?
