Problem with special characters

Hello.
I have problem with special characters and signs. When someone type †, ©  etc, etc... it shows like this: �  , and the same problem is with macedonian character р ... how can i fix it ?

It could be browser and local user based.  But I guess if you can view them here then it's not.

You'll probably have to convert your forums db to handle UTF8 character sets.
