Help.php error?

dear, i've just installed SMF 1.1.7. but, when i click on the Help icon, it always shows like this:

Fatal error: Cannot create references to/from string offsets nor overloaded objects in /home2/smf/public_html/Sources/Help.php on line 102

is that bug or what

yes, i did.

but i think this is because of i'm using indonesian language packs (http://www.simplemachines.org/download/?languages). when i change settings back to english language, there's no problem.

can you help me to show where's the problem from that translation?

I guess i'm blind.  That would lead me to suspect that its a problem in the language file.
