[2680][SMF 2.0 RC1] Problem with WYSIWYG editor
« on: April 14, 2009, 06:30:38 AM »
Hi!
When I use the bold and the font size together I got a problem, I'll show you with this message.
blablabla blablabla blablablabla (with the WYSIWYG I see everything ok, after the submit I see like I think you see)
I am using Chrome and Windows XP Home Edition.

SMF 7 is where it gets good. That has time travel. You can go back and post before the guy who flamed you. :P

Ahhh, and I forgot to tell you, the original text has one extra new line between each lines, after the submit it was "cut" the empty lines.

The new lines thing is a bug in Webkit.

Webkit wraps lines in iframes in <divs>
I was working on a fix for that yesterday

I have fixed this in the SVN for safari / chrome and any other webkit based browsers.
It should be in RC2 when it is released.

I don't know if this is the "same" problem, but after I "Spell Check" my text, the black lines are trimmed as well, but ONLY on the advanced mode reply or on a new topic.
