Do i need these files?

I found these files in my forum: core.4469, core.4127 and core.3342. Are they important? Can i delete them?

Usually 'core' files are error files created when there is an issue with PHP. They are usually caused by PHP config problems.

My suggestion is to ask ask your host if these files can be deleted or not. Its most likely not an issue with SMF.
