Splash or Intro while forum is loading

Hello,

This can be a kind of awkward question, but I would like to know if it is possible to have a splash screen or some sort of intro while the forum is loading. Once everything in the index page was completely loaded then the splash would automatically disappear and the index page would appear as usual (and if for somehow the index would load in less than 1 second, then the splash would have a minimum default duration of 1 sec and then change to index or resume until the index is fully loaded)
