CSS: "Highlight cell when hover over it"

WHats the code in CSS for when you hover over a cell it will be highlight and change color.?

you can't if you don't have access to the source codes...

Lamper: if david programmed the cell highlight code in a bn board,  the cell highlight code would be in every single bn board in the same colour wether you choose to have it or not
