[Theme] Starry Night [Work in progress!!!]

This theme is a dark variation of Viking Chief's Ragnarok theme. The style sheet has been changed a fair bit, but the index.template.php is basically the same (only a few changes). It is not yet completed, heaps of buttons still need to be created (you can see even the upshrink!). Here is a small screen shot to express what it will look like. Hope you all like it
