hey , I wanted to know if you could help me out? I Want to load these forums on my website but i don't know if i have enough space to do it . how much space is the fourms loaded?

and I haveDisk usage 34.88 Megabytes
SQL Disk usage 1.46 Megabytes
Disk space available 215.12 Megabytes
Bandwidth usage (current month) 148.15 Megabytes

Can you please Help me out

This is how much space you have on your account ( & its plenty)
QuoteDisk space available 215.12 Megabytes
This is what you are using now
QuotehaveDisk usage 34.88 Megabytes SQL Disk usage 1.46 Megabytes Bandwidth usage (current month) 148.15 Megabytes

Now it looks like you are using 1 SQL database. How many SQL databases will your sever will let you use? (SMF requires one) Now you can use the same database for SMF, but with a different pre-fix (don't worry if this doesn't make sense, the SMF installer will show this to you & it will be easy. ) I'm guessing with 215.12 Megabytes , your host allows at least 2 or more databases.
Just upload the script & it will walk you through the install process. It will create the database for you. If you get stuck. Post here & someone will be glade to help.

It really depends on how large or active your forum is.

This forum, here, would never fit on that server.  Our database is over 300 megabytes, if I remember right.  It's big, anyhow.

But, a smaller forum will only use a couple megabytes.
