After Quick Edit, RSS doesn't show Cyrillic text in the subject

Hello,

After Quick Edit, in RSS view doesn't show Cyrillic text in the subject - index.php?type=rss;action=.xml .
That problem comes when the subject is edited and then it is shown as entity бр&#1077.
The body looks OK.

I have tested with SMF 2.0 RC2(no modifications installed) and SMF 1.1.10(with some installed mods), in both versions the bug remains.

I'm using Windows-1251 encoding in both installations.

So after Quick Edit the forum writes the Cyrillic text in the database as entities бр&#1077, as well as and the body of the post.
