articles4 could not be updated

Hello,

I want to install tinyportal with using packages.But at this process I get this error message. "articles4 could not be updated" . I reupload smf (1.1.10 documents) to ftp. But this is not solve my problem. Because of this I think my problem is about sql. How can I solve ?
