mod wikicode throws random warning

The mod wikicode in use here generates a 'could not find topic' warning whilst still doing the replace.

Try using [ [mod:2104] ] for example - it still does the replace with URL and title but you get the 'could not find' warning. Note, this was from quick reply -> preview. (Oh, and nobbc doesn't trap it any more :S)
