Forums with cloaking feature

my friend's website has cloaking turned on, so the browser doesn't show the forum pages.
the problem with that is when he is inside the message index, and click on the board link, like in here when trying to click on SMF Support would take him to the TOP of the forum index, instead the top of SMF Support category. Hope I'm making sense...
the links are still showing correctly, like SMF Support shows http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php#3
but just doesn't take him right where he wanted to be.
so is there a way to correct that and still use the cloaking feature? thanks!

this problem seems to only happen in SMFOne theme....
