How do you enable recycle bin

Hello house, i want to know if there is a way to enable recycle bin coz i heard some can recover thread mistakenly deleted from there if one enable the recycle bin, please help.

Follow what i say.

1. - Go to Admin Control Panel.
2. - Boards.
3. - Settings then enable the Recycle bin. Make a board for the topics to be Recycled.

Admin -> Forum -> Boards -> Settings -> Enable recycling of deleted topics: {check} -> Board for recycled topics: {select your desired recycling board} -> Save

Note that this will only recover deleted threads in the future; threads that were deleted in the past cannot be retrieved without a forum backup.

is it advisable for me to create a particular board where deleted thread will go but wait that board should not be visible to members i think so or what's your idea.

Create a new board specifically for it, and when you create the new board, untick all the groups except maybe your moderators (admins can always see the board).
