New install and lost Theme

I recently installed SMF and was setting it up with add ons and have lost themes. When I try and change anything now it goes to another page with this:

What have I done? I didnt change anything that I am aware of except installing a couple Mods. I tried to re-install it but the page was still the same.

Please help. I am trying to learn this and am still having a few issues.

What was the very last thing you did which made it crash ?

If you know what you did you should be able to undo it.

I have tried and it keeps going to that page I listed with the code. I have tried deleting the database and re-installing but it comes back up the same way. What next?

Put this at the end of your URL and let us know if you can enter your site:
/index.php?theme=1

The final url should then look like:
http://yoursite.com/index.php?theme=1

We have this same problem, just happened.
Only we have RC3. Posted a topic in 2 support http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=387642.new#new.
Would like a solution though, lol, cause it is exactly same.

If we could get more information from both of you, like which hosts your both using, we can probably figure this out quickly,

We can wait for DDB1205 to reply with more details, such as host and any recent alterations made to any settings regarding the server and forum, then we can start to see whats going on.

It is all back online this am, the file manager is accessible, all   sites are too. It was just temp and if it happens again, hopefully not   lol, we will write Go Daddy. Searched Go Daddy forums, there were other  older tickets on this subject, it is temporary when it happens and said  to wait 24 hours until writing a ticket.

It seems DDB1205 hasn't either had enough time to get back to this topic or he has fixed the issue...
