HELP! Button killed my forum

I posted this in another board, but I think it was the weong one.. So here it goes.


I get nothing but errors, and the forum will not work even with the code out of it.

Please help.

I put the original index file back in place. So all the code above is correct. Now, I get this

If you  can get to the forum you get this

Seems to work now?  Maybe a temporary problem.
