I have got this error, what do I do?

The error showed up like this in my error log:

I'm not sure how to fix it? Thanks anyone who can give me a hand

I am running v 1.1.11 with the global announcements mod, along with many other mods.

Looks like it's an error with the Global Announcements. Contact the mod author via the support topic.
