tab locations

In rc3 where are the tabs? Say if I wanted to remove the search tab and help tab? Where would I find the code to remove them. I am going to put them in the top right corner instead.

Did you know im less than a mile form the mississippi river?  Im in Quincy,IL and have several toys related to your forum.  I may have to check out your site as i recently purchased a Rock River AR-15.
