Is there some sort off mod for my global moderator so i can let them post html. Basicly at the moment only admins can post html into posts such as youtube videos. But i want my global moderator to be able to do this there is a setting but that will let anyone embed html and i don't want that. I would use search but i don't know what to search for any ideas much appreciated.

I'm using SMF 2.0 RC3

Thanks

aeva lite should suite your needs:

Aeva Lite is a popular auto-embedding mod  that allows you to automatically embed any video URL from 200+ websites such as YouTube, Dailymotion and even non-video websites such as Google Maps.

Could you tell me how this works  i have read what it says at the site but don't fully understand what it does exactly  ??? and which members can or cant use it.

Once its installed. All video links that people post if its in the site list they will auto embed on your forum.
Rather than displaying a link. The video will be there ready to pres play and watch without having to click an external link.

All members will have this feature.
