Layout in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome

Hello people. I was hoping you might be able to help. I tried to install a mod to send PM's as BCC:

After that the layout got mixed up. The font on my forum is bigger. I decided to uninstall the mod and everything looked fine, at least in Firefox. However, in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer the layout is mixed up still. The font is bigger.

I really don't know what to do about it now.

Admin -> Maintenance -> Forum Maintenance -> Routine -> Empty the file cache
