[4882] eAccelerator Support Should Be Removed

Although SMF has long supported eAccelerator as a content caching mechanism, the most recent releases have removed the content caching portion, reducing eA to a opcode cache only.

To prevent a lot of confusion and a lot of support requests, it might be best to remove it from the supported list for 2.0. Even if the actual logic is left in, simply removing it from the front-end dropdown list should be a minor enough change to make with the current state of 2.0.
