Hey everyone I have a board that will only be accessible to premium  members. How do I set the permissions to let only the premium post but still be seen by everyone?

Well, first you must have "Enable advanced by-board permissions" set in Admin > Permissions > Settings. Then the board permission must be set to local. You then go into the board permissions and set the groups that you don't want to post new topics or posts.
