2 Members having same user name

SMF version - SMF 2.0 RC4

As the title suggest, today morning 2 members registered on my forum both are having same username, display name, E-mail id, i.e in short all there attributes are same. Please see the screen shot attached.

I rather say it as a bug, but still want to get it verified by team members first.

sounds like some accidentally double clicked when registering and it was so fast that smf could not catch the duplicate user

That's what point is, SMF should have stopped 2nd registration if the user has clicked twice.

then try to duplicate the issue again, maybe on a test install with NO mods and if you can duplicate it again report it in the bugs board.
