Always stay logged in issue

I'm setting up a forum for a small community of people that is probably a little different from most. Most people will be using their real names and be known and trusted. There should be few outsiders, and not much to keep their interest anyway.

Some mischief could arise from people trying to post with a fake identity though. There a few locations where people can connect to the net using their laptops, or else through public computers at stores and restaurants, so "Always stay logged in" presents a problem if someone sets up a fake ID and then uses the computers at a store or restaurant to stay logged in - essentially there's an always available anonymous account that anyone can use to make nuisance posts.

So... has anyone met anything similar? Is there an elegant way to selectively disable "Always stay logged in" at such sites? (Or just disable it entirely, though this is a widespread imposition on everyone else.)

This isn't very elegant and there's probably a much better way of doing it.

But... You could always keep renaming the cookie. Admin>server settings>Cookies and Sessions.
