Converting ranks...Field 'description' doesn't have a default value

Trying to convert

PhpBB: 3.0.8
to
SMF: 2.0 RC5
with
Phpbb 3 to SMF 2-0-rc4 Converter
on
Windows MySQL(i) 5.1.52-community

I know the converter is made for RC4 but I'm using RC5, but is that really the issue? I'm new to SMF
When I surf to the convert.php, paste all the correct settings etc. and click convert i get this error message:

"Converting ranks...Field 'description' doesn't have a default value"

I've searched through this forum and found 2 other Threads with the same issue, none had a solution though

Ok turning off MYSQL Strict mode did the magic but now I'm getting
Recalculating forum statistics... Duplicate key name 'id_board
