Well, I thought that enough was enough.

He did that something like four times, one after the other.

Shame, really, coz I hate having to do things, like that. :(

It came to the customization team's attention that the mod was violating the guidelines as well as the SMF license. It's now under review to make sure this has been dealt with, however there are also other mods waiting in the queue at the same time, as usual.

Is still have one copy of this mod on my HDD. Is it save to use it?

It should be save to use it as far as I understand - No security issues were found in it.

well... except for the fact that it may seriously interfere with other mods that affect the same files in the Sources directory

Had there been an update on this? Is it still under review?

Sorry, this mod fell through the cracks. It was removed a while ago since it included a lot of SMF code copied into it's files. They responded that they fixed it, and it didn't get added back to the queue. It should hopefully get properly reviewed again now.
