You can modify the theme and copyright all you want as long as you keep the DzinerStudio copyright in place and do not offer it for distribution. Open source or not it is illegal to distribute our themes regardless of how much you have altered it. It is not a matter of removing your topic, it is a matter of offering the files to others without permission.

I just did a test for separate the mem-info and post area and I worked more on Display File Not On Theme.

And if You Try the Theme you can see the copyright ([Theme Basic by Dezinerstudio] [modify by mrtarkhan]).

There is no problem adding your name to the footer but no, you are not allowed to distribute the theme.
