Can't find the tweak - clicking on topic takes to last post instead of first

I installed SMF 2 RC5 and when we are in the board index if someone clicks on a topic it takes them to the last response of the topic instead of the first post. Where or how can I change this? I have been looking for this setting but am unable to locate it.

Nevermind. I found a bug in the browser I believe.

admin -> themes and layout -> member options -> your theme -> change current options for all members using this theme -> show most recent posts at the top uncheck

Thank you but I confirmed the problem is not a setting issue. I feel embarrassed.
