Is there way to easily reorder topics?

I am looking for a way to easily reorder topics. The inverse order in which they were started.
I know I can sort posts into ascending/descending order by time but that is not what I want.
I want to be able to change the order of some sticky posts around until i get the order i want.

I just tried to install this mod on my 2.0rc3 version of smf. It failed with an error saying it needing version 2 beta 3.1.

Myself and others have it working on RC3 and above... when I get the chance I'll take a look and respond in that thread.
