Add Show all unread posts" option to header

Currently the header of my site contains the following links...

Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.

If you've read all the latest posts it'll give you another option. "No unread topics found since your last visit. Click here to try all unread topics."

What would be the code, and what file do I need to edit please? I need to do to make the header show all three options, like,

Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.
Show all unread posts.

Currently running SMF2.0 RC4 (with patch) SMF Default Theme.  And SMF 2.0 RC5 also with default theme.

I had already posted in that thread earlier today, but was told to start a new a new topic for each of my two questions.  Hence this thread.

Are you saying the answer in that thread will work for SMF2 RC4 /5 ?

Its basically the same thing, just maybe the edits are slightly different. If you cant figure it out I will reply with an SMF 2.0 fix.
