Blank page in forum index when is more than 600 members logged in

Hi there,
When users logged in is more than 600 about,  no one can see the forum index.
When click on forum link  they see only a blank page.
When they not logged in (as guest's) can easy see the index.

Can see separate the topic pages  via "recent posts" mod, but not the index..

Also after 12 when counter go to zero again and users is only few both logged and guests can see the forum index. Strange. 

The problem begin about 1 week ago when users go up to 600 daily.

Also i can't see the "package" page in admin control! 

Anyone have the same problem before..?

I'd suspect your host. Maybe the have traffic limits, or something.

Give them a yell.

If they say "It ain't us!!", come back here and we'll see what we can figure out.

Thanks K@, run in dedicated (WHM/cPane) server. Also in ACP  when i click to "update your forum >    Download Packages >Simple Machines Third-party Mod Site  > [ Browse ] button that print me this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4630343 bytes) in /home/adultfor/public_html/forum/Sources/Subs-Package.php on line 2507

In package manager can go only from update your forum  > Installed Packages

Browse Packages button print me blank page.  Also Packages link print me blank page.

I Uninstall users logged in today mod and now can see the index, but not the pages in ACP i write above.

I'm not sure about this....

But, I believe you can change that memory setting in php.ini, can't you?

memory_limit = 32M

or something?

32M is now.  Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes = 32M

Ok, i try it to 64M and i write back.

I thing i find the problem in 1 part.

when i unistall the Users Online Today  mod the forum index works perfect.

But i can't see  how resolve this..

Hmmm... There's odd.

Maybe a post in that mod's support topic will glean some clues?

Perhaps it might be easiest to ask your host about that one.

Could they have put a restriction, on that?

Site run in unmanaged dedicated server so i thing that is not gone help..

It really sounds like you are having an issue with the mod.  Are you using the default theme?  If not, when you change to the default theme do you still have the issue?

Well, as i say in first post the problem starts when the users is more the 600 about.. and  after 24.00 am when users in this mod is few everything goes perfect again.. strange, i know.

Do you still have the problem with this mod uninstalled when more than 600 users are logged in?
