How do I export/backup a theme?

How can I export or backup a theme, so that I can (re-)use it or install it on a (new) board?

I think you only need to download the theme directory using your FTP program, and then re-upload it to the other forum.

The simplest way would be to simply copy the whole theme folder to your comp over ftp. Themes hardly need any setting up, so nearly everything should be there, although a few settings might not be (the ones on current theme settings).
