Can't find where error is.

Sorry if this is a stupid quetion but I have a new site I have been working on. Its my first ever so I am winging it a lot. The site is hxxp:www.planetarypolitics.com [nonactive]
If you look about two thirds of the way down it you will notice that the new posts and no new posts buttons are not there and the title for My Community info center is also mucked up. What page should I be looking on to find where to edit or fix these problems in the code?

The new/no new posts aren't shown to guests.  Can you post a test account?

The info center looks fine to me...?
